I wonder if anyone is able to help me understand the entities better please? I'm getting a bit confused how to work out the total power consumption in a day. I also have the Octopus integration and can't seem to line up the grid usage reported by that with the grid consumption reported here for a start, but also I want to know how much i'm actually using regardless of where it's coming from (e.g. solar, battery or grid).
So if my battery is charging up with the grid overnight, i'm producing a bit of solar and then maybe using a bit of grid again once the battery has depleted in the evening. How do I sum all these things to see what i'm actually using? I thought it might be the load entity + grid consumption, but not sure if that's correct or not taking everything into account.
I have setup the additional recommended entities for solar production and these seem to be working OK (from what I can tell) in the energy dashboard.
