Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is often no way to check if proper type checking and performant checking are being done within the project. The only focus so far has been on linting and formatting.

It would be nice that this project under Facebook incorporates functionalities provided by Pyre-Check for project performance

Describe the solution you'd like
Discussion over how to integrate and implement Pyre-Check.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am not aware of tools that act like Pyre, but Pyre is favored since it's developed under Facebook.

Additional context
None.
