Hashicorp has announced that they are making their Vault Web UI available in the open-source version. You might consider using it and saving yourself an extra container.

I'm currently writing some new blog posts (https://www.marcolancini.it/offensive-infrastructure/) that will give me the chance to overhaul this setup as well. Expect an update soon!
