Describe the bug
In the mobile app, when the drag&drop text is too long, some of it is hidden from view. And some other problems which the video below will better describe

To Reproduce
Here is the XML file
questions-Mindset for IELTS 3-Default for Mindset for IELTS 3-20221206-1224.xml.txt
The question is in Unit 1 Reading Exercise 2 but I cannot download them separately

Expected behavior
The drop gap adapts to the size of the screen and the size of the input text

Video
There are TWO separate problems on iOS and Android
iOS: https://youtube.com/shorts/U231tGldR4c?feature=share
Android: https://youtube.com/shorts/T7p4ENuWxQw?feature=share

Many thanks for that excellent description. I have restored your questions to a live site and will investigate to see what I can do. My ambition is that my questions behave at least as well as the equivalent core questions. The first place I will look is the CSS

My apologies in the delay getting back to you, I have been off sick from work. Can you contact me directly at marcusavgreen at gmail.com. I have an idea for making the question behave better than the core equivalent, but it still may not do quite what you want.

I am working on a (partial) fix that I will make available for you to test on an instance of Moodle within the next few days.
I should explain that all it will do is to align the text to the left which will allow for more characters before it gets chopped off. I cannot think of any practical way of allowing the text to wrap. There is an assumption in the design of the question type that the gaps or drop targets will typically contain a single word and only a small number at maximum.

If you go to this URL with a mobile browser
https://vledevelop.co.uk/gapfill
And login as
username: s1
password:Password1!

You will see a course called Long Draggables and a quiz called Long Draggables.
If you make an attempt you will see the gaps left align the text and so allow for more text.
It does not entirely fix that issue, but it helps slightly and I will get it into the version on Moodle.org when I can

Closing this as the last update was a year ago and I assume that the update fixed it. If not feel free to re-open or create a new ticket.
