I would like to know the version numbers of the TensorFlow, TensorFlow_Sloar, and other modules required in this code.

TensorFlow Probability: v0.23.0 (for TF 2.12 try v0.20.0)
TensorFlow: 2.15 or maybe older 2.12

For the Wins11 system,TensorFlow-GPU can only support up to version 2.10.
So,I am planning to give up TensorFlow-GPU and only use TensorFlow-CPU to run programs.
The current issue is “ ValueError: Shapes must be equal rank, but are 0 and 2 for '{{node AssignAddVariableOp_8}} = AssignAddVariableOp[dtype=DT_FLOAT](AssignAddVariableOp_8/resource, Sum_5)' with input shapes: [], [11,1].

It's really uncomfortable hahaha
