Sur la table filieres_sortie champ id_type_dechet_evac:
On pourrais utiliser ce type la: json_array.
C'est supporter par mariadb, mysql et postgreSQL du coup c'est un changement assez safe.

Ça éviterais les contorsions qu'on fait maintenant.
