Why wouldn't it be "Oneharriers" as in atonement or even "Onharriers" as in only? Where does the "w" come from here?

Because people would pronounce it wun-harriers; English spelling is not very consistent. Maybe Anharriers is the expected descendant form and I should go with that. Not sure.
