Unable to install bibliomatrix in RStudio 2023.09.1 Build 494

Hi there,
I am Unale to install bibliomatrix in RStudio 2023.09.1 Build 494.

OS: Windows 11

When I tried to install through remotes::install_github("massimoaria/bibliometrix") it gives me following error:

In my system I have xml2 package.
