Ottehr - Intake - Current Medications/Allergies/Medical history/Surgical history - No Error Message for Empty Selection

Description:
On the Current Medications screen, if the patient selects "Patient takes medication currently" but does not add any medications to the list, no error message is displayed when they click the Continue button. This results in the user staying on the same screen without any feedback.

NOTE: Same issue also happens on Allergies/Medical history/Surgical history screens

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Current Medications screen in the intake flow.
2. Select the "Patient takes medication currently" option.
3. Without adding any medications to the list, click the Continue button.

Expected Result:
An error message stating "At least one record is required" should be displayed, indicating that the patient must add at least one medication.

Actual Result:
No error message is displayed, and the user remains on the Current Medications screen without any feedback.
