[Enhancement] Range component options

Context

Proposal for enhancement on the Range component
Currently it's possible to set a default value within the HTML element, the pointer then sets itself at this position within the range
It would be a great enhancement if we can implement options for the Range component such as

• value (default initial value)
• minRange
• maxRange
