Gaze Reticle only shows when Image opacity is 0? #4

Not sure if it's suppose to be this way or not but if I set the opacity to 0 on an image in the gaze-button it shows the reticle when hovering over it. If the image is set to anything over 0 it doesn't show, but the gaze-button still works. I don't mind it showing when opacity is set to 0, but how can I also have it show when I need to use an image for the button with an opacity of 1?
