Room naming of management and policy list when provisioning a mjolnir

The room names you are invited to could be better. They now look like the same (because the important part is at the end of the name)

They look the same when the name is truncated because they both start with who created the mjolnir.

Also allow the user to set the display name of their mjolnir, but warn against identifying themselves in the name (so they don't become a harassment target).

In addition to the room names a short room description would be nice.

Like for instance in the moderation room
„This is the room from where you can control your Mjolnir“

And the policy room
„This room acts as a template for bans and kicks for your Mjolnir“
