Spells group system on OTX 2.x

The PR #424 broke the entire spells group system. This PR should be reverted (or at least made configurable to have real group system or the code that broke it.

My suggestion would be to adjust the system as it is in 8.6 since the group division is for spells from 8.7+ i see what can be done

Yes, but the current code doesn't match any state of tibia 8.6 neither 8.7 haha

It also should not block from healing when attacking. This was not a thing :D

I changed my spell system to work as it was in the 8.6 (configurable). I may willing to create a PR for this, just don't know when I will have time available.
