Debugging Mode: Walkthrough Mode In looping

Description:
During the walkthrough (debugging) mode, the following enhancements are needed to better support the presentation requirements:
1. Reduce Screen Time: The time for each screen in the walkthrough mode should be reduced to 15 seconds to improve the flow during presentations.
2. Iqama Countdown Fix: Ensure that the iqama countdown always starts from 04:59 in the walkthrough mode.

Use Case:
These changes are necessary for presenting Mawaqit screens for different Imams during demonstrations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the app in walkthrough (debugging) mode.
2. Observe the current time delay for each screen and iqama countdown behavior.

Expected Behavior:
• Each screen transitions after 15 seconds.
• The iqama countdown starts from 04:59 every time.
• It should play in a loop

Environment:
