When a proposal is created, fail and pass market prices should start getting indexed automatically. They didn't nothing landed in indexer_account_dependencies. Also when indexer_account_dependencies got added when the indexer was manually restarted, prices did not start flowing in automatically. It took another restart, so two total restarts to work.
