In some cases, users would need to have another dataset with one configuration parameter changed (e.g. ppm), so they would submit another dataset with the same ibz and imzml files but with different configuration. @sergii-mamedov has pointed this out, and suggested that python client has a way where S3 dir of dataset can be specified while reprocessing so that it would create a separate dataset, but the raw files wouldn't have to be duplicated as it will be referenced from the same S3 dir. @sergii-mamedov let me know if I missed anything.
@lmacielvieira, it's not implemented yet on the web-based version, but it'd be a nice enhancement to have later.
