Using latest code, I receive the following errors when loading the project:

(Project loading error)

Error: Project "PICIoT" refers to file "BSD_WINC_README.md" which does not exist in the disk. The project failed to load.

Build succeeds anyway, but it would be nice to make the project load clean.
