Description of the issue

I need elevated rights to make a report. Ironically my elevated rights don't have excel licenses...

Is this normal?
can we do this data transformation without elevated permissions?

@mikeAtArch The admin prompt appears if some of the underlying PowerShell DSC resources were not yet "instantiated" on the current machine. You can create a report for another export type and then rerun it without admin rights.
