Files Missing in the download jobs Executed thro RIS tool

We have scheduled the Batch to export data from the D365 entity Via incremental push for every 2 hours to place the CSV file to a local share folder. Every day we see files missing randomly even though the batch is executed successfully and the transaction is not captured in the next batch.
