[Middle-Click Scroll] Feature request: option to disable middle-click

Tool is great for scrolling, but often interferes with my middle-click actions like "Go to Definition" and "Go To Implementation". So there should be an option to scroll only while holding the middle button and not doing anything when middle button is just clicked
