Fail to load module "mach-o file, but is an incompatible architecture (have 'arm64', need 'x86_64'"

I have an m2 MacBook.
When I create an interpreter environment for python 3.10 version and install and run pyautogen with pip3, the following error always appears.

Even if you reinstall each problematic module with arch -x86_64 pip3 install [package name], the same problem appears for all other modules.

Have you tried using conda to manage your env?
