Hello @vampard, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems your page contains some lazy-loaded content. The heatmap captures a screenshot of your page at a moment when the content might not have fully loaded. You can either use the "Change Screenshot" feature on the heatmap page to select a different screenshot or use the live extension to view heatmaps directly on your website.
Could you tell me what the lazy-loaded content is? Normally, what kind things cause this symptom to happen?
it is all the same in the other screenshot when going to Change Screenshot.
even live extension doesn't work and it says "Clarity Live failed to launch"
I cannot see whole screenshot of a page in Heatmap. It is the same as I change the screenshot.
Please look into this issue for me.
