Workflow

Ask away!

Hello,

I am currently working with the irrigation probability workflow in FarmVibes.ai. I would like to understand whether this workflow is specifically designed to work only on barren land, or if it can be applied to other types of land cover as well, such as cropland or pasture.

Could you please provide more details about the types of land cover that the irrigation probability workflow is intended for? Additionally, are there any specific adjustments or configurations needed to make this workflow applicable to different land types?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, @click2cloud-tejas. Thanks for raising this question.

The logistic regression model used in this workflow was trained with a similar data source setup as described in Application of Remote Sensing Technology in Water Resources Management, assessing irrigated cropland areas. We haven't specifically tried with varied types of land cover, but that would probably require retraining the model over similar regions.
