Latest release notes are missing from the release_notes folder.

On the learn page the 101CU4 release also links to the wrong release notes file.

Area/Component:
Website, Lean page and release notes folder on github page
Service_Fabric_ReleaseNotes_101CU4.md is nowhere to be found.

Expected behavior
Service_Fabric_ReleaseNotes_101CU4.md should be available on the site.

Observed behavior:
Service_Fabric_ReleaseNotes_101CU4.md is not available

Can we get release notes for 10.1 CU4. Dont like to upgrade production setups without know what's are included. @tomvcassidy hoping its cool that Im adding you, due I could see that you had worked with ReleaseNotes before...

@JSdeJong @rasmus-s Sorry about the delay on putting out the release notes. I missed the signal to publish them. My bad, and I'll keep a better eye out in the future.
