Echobot - Deployment Error Step 1

Hello!

I have this error, and I can't figure out why it happened.
This occurred with the current clean version and with another version that I already have deployed.

My goal is to redeploy it on another resource, but the deployment hasn't even started... why is that?
Did something change in the permission policy?
I only have the 'owner' role for resource creation in my subscription, but I was given permissions; I am not the actual owner of the account and subscription

Please, any help is appreciated.
