Psi bot did not join the call

Hi All,

I have followed all the steps in the PSI Bot service guide to add the PSI bot in my MS Teams call and was able to start the application successfully.
Now when I am joining the Teams call as a bot using Teams URL by going to xxxx.co.in/manage , the code is not throwing any errors but the bot is not joining the Teams call. When I checked the logs by going to xxxx.co.in/logs then found the 500 internal server error. Can anyone help me to resolve it.
