User Story

As an Analytical Platform product engineer
I want to understand the impact of implementing SNS topic encryption with CMK

Value / Purpose
understanding the impact of remediating this alert down stream, will allow us to decide if we should implement the trivy recommendation

Additional Information
As a result of remediating checkov CKV_AWS_26 - Ensure all data stored in the SNS topic is encrypted. the trivy scan then alerted - SNS topic not encrypted with CMK.
