Set domain and ownership metadata for tables from their data product

As a data consumer
I want to see table level domain/ownership information
so that I can contact someone about getting access to data
so that I can filter tables by domain

• Domain and ownership are currently set at a data product level
• This information is convenient to see at a table level, especially for users unaware these are set at a data product level
• There is some uncertainty around the domain model, so this has an assumption that tables will inherit domains and not be tagged to sub domains
• We still want to search tables by domain though. So let's add this now and worry about any domain model change later
• This can be done via the datahub UI for now
