Provide a way for dashboard app owners to view timing and frequency stats of user access, and the access log of those who access

Would provide insight into app user data to most effectively prioritise development and management of the app and the service it provides

Request Forum: Tactical solution is to use the user object and output this to logs. Currently, AP does not contain any information about App users. This has been request in the past. This request will be taken to refinement.
