Hotkey() issues

V2 (Converted):

toggle := f_toggle
Hotkey("f", "toggle")

f_toggle() {
MsgBox("f")
}

V2 (Expected):

toggle := f_toggle
Hotkey("f", toggle)

f_toggle(ThisHotkey) {
MsgBox("f")
}

The issues here the second param of Hotkey ignores expression mode
And callback params of functions aren't added (if a label was used it doesn't even get converted to func)
