Allow the Sentry MCP server to connect to the Europe region

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current Sentry MCP server only connects to the default sentry domain, which is US based. This makes it impossible to retrieve issues located in the European Union region.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should be possible to use the MCP server with data located in the European Union. Or it should be possible to ensure the MCP server can connect to the European Union Sentry API servers.
