Report context not empty requirement bypassed by entering a space

Describe the bug

Normally, if you report a project, user, version, you need to specify report context in the report. However, you can bypass that by simply entering a space.

Steps to reproduce

1. Report a project, version, user
2. Select a category
3. Add a space to the report context
4. Submit button not grayed out

Expected behavior

I expected that the Submit button stays grayed out if the report context is just spaces.

This would be an easy fix, but I'm not sure if it's a bug? I believe most websites already function like this, including GitHub and Reddit.
