I checked the existing issues for duplicate feature requests
I have checked that this feature request is not on our roadmap
What parts of Modrinth is your feature request related too?
App
Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
When making a new instance/modpack or something else I like to test some mods or just simply delete a mod when it is not needed anymore but this is really annoying because you have to fully restart minecraft or otherwise I probably forget to do this after
Describe the solution you'd like
When you delete a project modrinth checks if this file is in use, if it is not just delete it normally. Otherwise wait for minecraft to quit and delete it afterwards.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Atleast a proper prompt would be great, the current situation where it just gives an error and does nothing while still hiding the mod is horrible UX just not hiding it would be a great improvement.
