How do you check if two strings are a rotation of each other?

I want to contribute to this repo, can this issue be assigned to me?
And also, after completion, in which folder of competitive programming should i keep the file, or should i just keep it in the cp folder

The file names are in an invalid format, so it is not allowing to successfully clone the repo to our local computer.
'Competitive Coding/How do you print all nodes of a given binary tree using inorder traversal without recursion?' is showing as an invalid path. Help would be appreciated.
