Add contributors section somewhere

A lot of people contributed to this before it was moved to GitHub! @chadsansing, @zee-moz, and all the reviewers they had!

We should collect all the names and thank them in the README or maybe a special file (humans.txt?)

Back briefly on my laptop. I've attempted to find the reviewers using the Google Doc edit history however I couldn't find enough time to follow through to finding the GH handles.
