For Black/White manual searches it would be great to have a script ready (or a process within this workflow) to extract XICs from all raw-files and all consensus features by using the provided m/z and RT values.

Further Questions:

  • Do we want to visualize every isotope?
  • Do we want to visualize them individually (--> thousands of plots?) or maybe a browsable plotly plugin?
