Add ability to edit Initiatives from user profile page #122

  • Create edit template for an initiative
  • Only allow the owner to access the edit page
  • Populate UI with the values from the initiative object
  • Allow user to change settings in the UI and then ensure the new settings are set
  • Add a lastModified field to the initiative object and set it to the current time after editing an initiative

Most of this is implemented in last pr. The checks for owner is not implemented yet

@iamlasse please uncheck/check the boxes that are actually done. I just copied from trello.
