Feature Request: Allow the listbox part to be accessed for styling

Description

I am using Mux Player and am currently trying to styling it to match the branding for my website. As such the accent colour I am using requires that some of the UI elements be black when selected/hovered for legibility.

I have managed to access through the ::parts selector a majority of the elements, but am currently stumped on listbox (i.e. the UI element that appears for example when chosing the play back rate. )

I have attached screenshots so you can hopefully understand what I am trying to style.

Expected Behavior

Either expose the parts that will allow them to be styled, or provide more variables which can be set so that a colour which contrasts against the accent colour can be chosen.
