Problem description

I have successfully configured the plugin following the instructions, the TickTick APIs have been authenticated successfully and I do not receive any error messages. However, I encounter the following problems:

  • I don't see the /TT action to create a new task in TickTick.
  • I cannot view existing tasks in either TickTick or Logseq.

There are no obvious error messages that can help me identify the cause of the problem.

Enviroment

  • Logseq: Version 0.10.10 (84)
  • Logseq TickTick Sync: v1.3.0
  • OS: MacOS 15.1.1
