Alternative to MPFRC++ #57

Currently, we are using MPFRC++ ( http://www.holoborodko.com/pavel/mpfr/ ). However, MPFRC++ seems to be a lot slower than gmpxx.h. We should investigate and possibly move to a different template-based C++ wrapper like https://math.berkeley.edu/~wilken/code/gmpfrxx/.

We forked as https://github.com/nakatamaho/gmpfrxx since it has not long been not updated
