This could be related to #15. You can try updating the graphics driver.
The last Intel driver for Windows 7 can be found here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18424/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-7-8-1-15-36.html
I'm not sure if that is the correct driver for your GPU; if it doesn't want to install then try this one:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18369/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-15-40.html
