SF: NM Agent Registration Message Null Timestamp

When an Agent sends a registration message the creation timestamp feild always returns 0. "8200 4d00 6b69 706e 3a33 3237 3638 2e34"

This was found with ION 3.6.2

I think the same thing happens with reports in ION3.6.3? I'm seeing 82 00 59 ... (which I'm interpreting as array of length 2, first element is zero, second element is the byte string defining the AMP message).

APL now develops the "nm" agent and will be re-incorporated back into ION in the future. See issue #32.
