The arrows in the options panel should be more descriptive as to what they mean #1

In the options panel, there's a list of 'current rules'. Each rule (graphically) consists of a source address, an orange or black arrow, and a destination address. Right now, it's not immediately obvious what the differently colored arrow means. I'm proposing some sort of tooltip that appears when the user hovers over the arrow, which describes what that specific arrow means.
