Type 180 and 181 Reported Configuration Parsing

as of version 1.0.8 it seems like the type 180 and type 181 are not parsing out the reported_config on FLY transmissions.

Could this be added?

This issue should be resolved on the current temp-dev branch. I also corrected some issues with the parse_fly for the type 80 and 81.

Type 80 was reporting sampling_duration_2 which only applies to two channel sensors and type 81 wasn't reporting LPF and HPF coefficients when it should have.

I should be able to push this update live on Monday.
