Hi Rachna,
Just make sure that you include homogenous region (region with 0 gradient
- i.e transfer function touches the bottom of the transfer function
interface).

The difference between the two images is the transfer function - one
touching bottom (includes interior homogenous region) and the other one is
slightly higher excluding the inner region.
