Packaging endit scripts

It would be nice if the endit could be packaged since it will make endit updates easier at local site.
The RPM installation path may be different, but if a RPM build script (or template) would be provided, local site admin could alter the script (e.g. changing installation path) to build a customised RPM for local site.

Pull requests welcome. The active ENDIT developers are not using RPM based systems, so the probability of this getting added without others contributing is rather low...

The preferred solution would be something that solves this for all the popular packaging flavours, but since there are also startup scripts and expectations on what those can/should do it's rather hard to get a usable solution for everyone as sites tend to be setup differently...
