Add Roblox OAuth support to NextAuth.js

Goals

1. Be able to login and register with Roblox
2. Be able to handle openid and profile scopes
3. Have it as simple as all other providers

Background

This feature is good to add because lots of new applications are using this OAuth provider, and it would be nice to use it with NextAuth.js. There are no other current alternatives I currently know of.

I have seen another discussion with this same idea, but I did not see any responses.

Proposal

This feature can be implemented by looking through Roblox's Cloud Developer Docs. I would love to help contribute to this.
