Don't render all items of smart picker results at once

Currently if we return a large number of conversations in talk when using the smart picker, all of these conversations will be rendered by the smart picker. That can lead to performance issues and unnecessary requests to the server.
We should try to prevent that, e.g. by using virtual scrolling for the results.
