Need process to rename FASTA sequence IDs with their taxIDs for Kaiju

Description of the bug

As required here: https://github.com/bioinformatics-centre/kaiju?tab=readme-ov-file#custom-database

It should be quite straight forward because we require that info

If no taxon ID in header - Kaiju classificaiton will fail becuase it's at teh classification step where taxonomy information is added
