After the ingest tabular files change their file format to ".tab". It is still possible to download the original file format (e.g. ".csv") via "Access file -> Download Options -> ... (Original File Format)" option, but visually it provides some problems by the users (unexpected change of the file format).
This issue is known: IQSS/dataverse#7956
